Welcome to Progression Re-Envisioned!

This mod aims to change minecrafts progression in an interesting yet understandable way. it also add fun and useful tools for any situation.

This Mods features are divided into 3 sections...

Tweaks (small things that change vanilla behavior)

Changes (larger things that add onto vanilla items/blocks)

Additions (Completely new items/blocks with interesting functions)

Tweaks

• Stone Tools are gone in favor of continuing your wooden tools use.
• Going to the nether normally doesnt exist anymore, you now need to aquire a fire aspect flint and steel in order to ignite the portal(either via enchanted book or thru the enchantment table)
• Compasses/Lodestone Compasses now show your quardinates in the top left corner
• Compass Texture Change
• Recovery Compasses now show your death quardinates
• Eye of Ender has a new recipe that requires echo shards (doesnt remove old recipe but gives an alternative to give use to any shards you find and triples the recipe output if the new recipe is used)
• Eye of Ender will now tell you the location of the nearest stronghold via a rhyme if you crouch right-click
• Eye of Ender Texture Change (optional via a resource pack that doesnt exist lol)
• Mace now deals slightly more damage
• Mace can no longer be crafted in a crafting table
• Mace Texture Change (optional via resource pack that doesnt exist lol)
• Netherite Upgrade Template has been renamed to Advanced Upgrade Template
• Ancient Debris chance has been increased (only a little bit due to netherite being more integral to progression)
• Campfires can now smelt stone (deepslate too)
• Campfires now have an alt recipe that only require logs and sticks
• Diamond gear can no longer be crafted in a crafting table
• Diamond gear can now be upgraded from iron gear in a smithing table
• Netherite gear can no longer be crafted in a smithing table but in a new crafting station

Changes

• Recovery Compasses now keep your items on death at the cost of one echo shard per death
• Eye of Ender now allows for controlled teleportation (even through surfaces but be careful where you aim...)
• Mace now is more expensive and requires a new crafting station to make
• Advanced Upgrade Templates, Ancient Debris, Netherite Scrap, and Netherite ingots have an increased chance in bastions and now spawn in strongholds (very rare though)
• Netherite armor now have a base physical protection of 15% per piece
• Netherite tools now deal more damage to wild mobs (arachnids and beasts)
• Fishing Loot Table is now biome dependent (warm, cold, and temperate)
• When items are picked up, a bar appears on the bottom left of the screen telling you what youve picked up, and how much you are picking up.
• When music is turned on and a new song cycles, a pop up in the top left corner tells you what music is currently playing and who made it with a little animation in the corner (even the color of the banner changes to what dimension you are in)

Additions

• New Branching Gear Sets each with their own unique looks and features (cool features only in late game tier gear (Gear sets are now divided into 4 sections... Entry level, Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3)

(No AI has been used thoughout the making of this project. if it looks like AI, its just me sucking at pixel art lol XD)

Commonly Asked Questions

Will this be ported to XX.XX version? There are plans to port to the newest version but we will see what happens. as for backports, the only ones im seeing are one time backports to 1.19.2, 1.20.1, and 1.21.1.

Will this mod be on XXX mod loader its already on fabric and quilt works with most fabric mods, neoforge may happen but im not sure when, and forge might happen but is unlikely.
